You should include a feedback section along with the review. My feedback re previous instruction re X-rays continues to be overlooked so each hygienist knows exactly the patients preferences. I expressed my frustration at my last appointment. Please incorporate into pre-appointment file review.
This dental office provides a friendly, a courteous, a caring and a proficiently trained personnel environment which makes one's dental visit a winner. Would recommend them as your dentist without hesitation.
