I have friends that have lived here for a year and now renewed. Seeing how happy they were and how nice the staff and community is I made plans to move here. I now live here and see a renewal at the end of my lease. Thank you very much Nancy for the help and professional, 10star customer service!! 100% refer anyone to live here.
I lived here three times over a nine year period. Something must've kept me coming back. I loved living here and I just love Nancy. She always made it feel like home there. I had three dogs and they loved to go to the office to visit her. I still tell my pet loving friends to check this place out. if I ever come back to Texas, I'll be back again. Miss you, Nancy Rivera.
Honestly living there wasn't bad, but they charged me $600 after I moved out basicly covering they're cost to upgrade the unit I'm going to guess because the only thing wrong was one stain on the carpet. As if that's not enough I was never notified so I just found out, five months later, when it came out on my credit score as a delinquent account messing up my credit.
I love living here. I do not regret one moment of the decision I made moving here. The Management Staff is above awesome, Nancy and Christina go above and beyond their duties as a management team. Even the entire maintenance staff is wonderful Mr. Ray, John ,and Kendal have been nothing more than kind and I have never waited any longer than 12-24 hours and depending on the situation, sometimes immediately,when a need for maintenance of any kind has come up.
