I love it here and police live onsite. management is great

Living here wasn't awful; however, my last month, after paying the pro-rated rent amount in full, they sent me an eviction notice for not paying for the entire month, then they claimed it was a clerical error when I brought it to their attention. Additionally, after moving out, they billed me $225 for new carpeting. I paid $100 deposit, plus $200 pet deposit and $200 non-refundable pet fee. They claimed that I only paid the original $100 deposit. I guess a clerical error misplaced the other $400 I paid for that exact reason.... read more
I lived at the ranch for almost 5 years and it was awesome there only reason i left is cause i bought a house. They have turned this place around big time and its just as good as any other luxury apartment in baytown at a lesser price. the office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. Nancy is the best property manager I have ever seen. I highly recommend moving here
I have lived here for over eight years or so and have yet to have my first problem. The staff and maintenance are great. Never have had any maintenance issue that was not taken care of fast. Everybody so nice. Love it here!
