Dr Kudia was very pleasant when we went there but calling to request records was miserable. I had to leave a voicemail and didn’t get a call back for 8 days. I tried calling multiple times at different times throughout the day and on different days hoping to reach a person but each time I was sent to voicemail. Very disappointing

Dr Kudia is very nice. I felt like she listened to me and suggested a good treatment plan. However, getting in touch with the office is incredibly difficult. You will NEVER get a live person on the phone. Nobody returns calls. Trying to get meds approved is a nightmare! Per my insurance, they are non-responsive. My insurance has sent multiple faxes to the Dr office (and left multiple messages) and no response. I’m not able to get my meds. I have been trying relentlessly to obtain an appointment. First of all you NEVER speak with a live person you have to leave a msg on VM. I have called way too many times. I am at the point where I intend on contacting the medical board because in all my almost 60 years have NEVER gone through anything this bizarre to obtain a appt for a DR. They either need to improve their staff or fire the people that they have in order to attend to the patients. Why is it this horrible in Florida as far as great customer service. The lady at the desk is the worse. She argues with clients on the portal and then deletes them from access. She attempted to cancel my infusion treatment because of this. Dr Kudia is awesome but needs a desk person that knows how to deal with people and wants to deal with people.
