Stop threatening to murder your tenants I guess?
Their property managers are capitalist vampires. Demanding rent from residents who have lost their jobs in the midst of an outbreak is unconscionable to say the least.
Not only threatening eviction after acknowledging that tenants may have lost their jobs due to the pandemic but also judging tenants for paying their other smaller bills.
