Absolute shame what y'all are doing. Y'ALL CAN'T EVICT ANYBODY NOR FORCE ANYBODY TO MOVE. A stay-at-home order is in place by the MAYOR, GOVERNOR, and PRESIDENT, which means y'all can't put anybody out though eviction. Y'all looking at a hefty fine. You can't charge late fees either.

Do not rent here under any circumstances. No flexibility and no empathy. Won’t give an inch; tenants are a check and nothing more.

Unprofessional. I’m floored by the way they see their tenants as only a check and not as a person who may be going through a hard time due to Covid-19. To have the guts to add on late fees AND threaten to evict when several tenants are unable to work due to no fault of their own.

Uncaring toward their tenants. Based upon the COVID-19 situation the apartment complex did not bat an eye to continue to force tenants to pay for their apartment rent regardless of hardship.
