Ramsey Run is trash, and does not care about their tenants. They are continuing to charge full rent and are trying to evict people during the pandemic (which is illegal, by the way). Don’t waste your time considering giving money to these trash businesspeople.

Treats their tenets like trash and threatens to kick people out in the middle of a pandemic like almost everyone hasn’t lost their job. Also news flash, it cost more money to cancel your internet service than to just keep paying it. Absolutely terrible to live at. Takes forever to get a simple work order to be done. They break into people’s apartments and change the locks on you in the middle of moving. they are sending out ILLEGAL letters to their tenants, this place is scum, spend your money elsewhere and have a safe environment that actually cares.

Landlords lack the capacity for compassion during a global pandemic and demand on-time payment on eviction, knowing fully well their tenants have lost their incomes. Heartless and unprofessional. Subpar living conditions as well.
Disgusting apartments, they showed me a clean one when I went to move in but put me in one with an actual roach colony living in it. Then told me it was my fault, when I hadn’t even moved in yet. If you move in here I hope you’re a handy man, because they will NEVER fix anything that is broken. On top of being disgusting it’s downright dangerous. The owners are registered sex offenders! It took a while to find out because it’s hidden under a shell company. But sure enough, the whole place is owned by sexual predators.
I hope the proper government officials discover this eviction threat and discipline Ramsey Run Apartments with fines and restrictions.
This company lacks morals and compassion. They are perfectly ok with evicting people during a pandemic, and throwing them out on the streets where their lives are at risk.
