I was so excited for my new car, and Henry my sales guy was great. But the minute I drove off the lot I realized there was an issue with the seat belt and it has been a nightmare getting this thing fixed. Awful service department and very disorganized. I have had my car back to the dealership 4 times to have the issue resolved, all times being an error on their end and it is still not fixed and will be back for a 5th time tomorrow.
