what a joke. I bought a car January 11th and they have YET to honor their contract of paying off my last payment. 75 days later and my credit has taken a dive because they refuse to cut a check to Chrysler Capital for the last payment of my old jeep. managers wont return my calls or emails, I will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone.
my drivers side door wont shut in the cold happened 8xs since November and the last 4 days and no one at jeep will help me! thanks for making me late to work everyday! they say it's not a defect! how is this not a defect?!?! Fix my jeep, jeep!

Attn: Anthony is one of the salesmen at jeep and his service was impeccable, it has been my dream for years to buy a jeep and Anthony made it happen, he sat with me for hours on end trying to find me the best deal possible he did not stop trying till I was absolutely satisfied with what I bought, the amount of patience he has was a rare find. I cannot thank him enough for his service. If I can give 10 stars I definitely would.
