what a joke. I bought a car January 11th and they have YET to honor their contract of paying off my last payment. 75 days later and my credit has taken a dive because they refuse to cut a check to Chrysler Capital for the last payment of my old jeep. managers wont return my calls or emails, I will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone.
4 recalls, check engine light, brake pads and rotors, flushed brake system, oil change. All done in one day! Excellent service! Friendly and competent! Thanks again Jim Ryerson!!!
Happy with Used 2016Grand Cherokee Jeep but should have waited for a better deal. I did a better job refinancing my own auto loan after 2 weeks of purchase. So I’m sure I wasn’t offered best interest rate. First oil change revealed air and cabin filter were never changed !!! They were filthy!! I called Henry and he never tried to resolve this issue. Makes me wonder what else was missed. For this reason I give this dealership 1 star ☹️

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! Sales & now Service are WORST experiences. Go elsewhere. Love my Wrangler (and Gr Cherokee before that) but def won't be back to Ramsey.
I had a great buying experience from this dealership but what really stands out for me is their GREAT service department. I had been going to paramus dodge because it was closer to me and i will NEVER go to paramus ever again. Ramsey dodge charged me 85$ total for full synthetic oil change, paramus dodge had been charging me over $130 for an oil change. Paramus is a rip off.
