They resolved one issue but skipped the second issue.
Call on 7-10 to inquire about a 16 rebel. Was told the manager is off and I’ll receive a call first thing in the morning. Told the women that I was very interested. She assured me that someone would call. It’s now 5:10 and still no call. Worked out for me. Picked up a 17 rebel with less miles. Will not be recommending your dealership.

Quite literally the most offensive and worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’m currently sitting in their parking lot while I write this. They didn’t have a car to sell me for the offer they have listed on their website and refused to even make the deal on a similar car. That’s fine, I’ll take my deal elsewhere for the same price they have listed. They TOLD me to go to rt 4 or rt 46. Arrogant much? And for no good reason. I had a great buying experience from this dealership but what really stands out for me is their GREAT service department. I had been going to paramus dodge because it was closer to me and i will NEVER go to paramus ever again. Ramsey dodge charged me 85$ total for full synthetic oil change, paramus dodge had been charging me over $130 for an oil change. Paramus is a rip off.
