Happy with Used 2016Grand Cherokee Jeep but should have waited for a better deal. I did a better job refinancing my own auto loan after 2 weeks of purchase. So I’m sure I wasn’t offered best interest rate. First oil change revealed air and cabin filter were never changed !!! They were filthy!! I called Henry and he never tried to resolve this issue. Makes me wonder what else was missed. For this reason I give this dealership 1 star ☹️
They care about the sale and not the customer. Customer service is an absolute joke. Sales staff uses every trick in the book and was very rude. I wound up making the mistake of purchasing a car from them because it was exactly what I was looking for and the price was ok. Be sure to check their fees because they tried to charge me $500+ In fees that didn’t apply. Refused to negotiate and lied about countless issues. Quite literally the most offensive and worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’m currently sitting in their parking lot while I write this. They didn’t have a car to sell me for the offer they have listed on their website and refused to even make the deal on a similar car. That’s fine, I’ll take my deal elsewhere for the same price they have listed. They TOLD me to go to rt 4 or rt 46. Arrogant much? And for no good reason. Great Customer service They always go the extra mile to take care of you and your family even if it is having your three-year-old daughter sit next to you and sign documents with you to feel like a big girl !!!!!!! Side note also a great selection of vehicles!

I had a great buying experience from this dealership but what really stands out for me is their GREAT service department. I had been going to paramus dodge because it was closer to me and i will NEVER go to paramus ever again. Ramsey dodge charged me 85$ total for full synthetic oil change, paramus dodge had been charging me over $130 for an oil change. Paramus is a rip off.
