The experience was made pleasant because of the staff, the Dr and the beautiful facility. From the minute I walked in until I was discharged, what in the past was a totally negative experience, was a pleasant, efficient and supportive experience and Dr. Samavedy is kind, professional, thorough, patient,….. the best!
My experience with GIS and Dr Samavedy for my colonoscopy was very reassuring.
Dr. Samevedy was very personable and took time to explain the procedure before the colonoscopy, then came by after I awoke from anesthesia to talk about his findings. I was somewhat anxious about what they might find, and his demeanor was calm and reassuring. I was extremely pleased with him, his nurses and assistants. Right before anesthetic induction, the nurse anesthetist provided some much appreciated humor as well. The whole team was fantastic!
Dr. Samavedy took time to fully understand my concerns, symptoms and other conditions I was managing. His care plan considered all these aspects and was comprehensive. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Samavedy explained very clearly what steps are needed for my condition. He answered all of my questions which helped my anxiety of worrying about what lies ahead. Thank you for helping me

Having just moved here from another state, finding a new Dr was very important, as I had been diagnosed with colon cancer and had surgery two years prior.
