The staff was great! The food was even better! But the rooms were a bit dated.... �
The hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly. There was a strange odor in my room and the rooms are dated. The breakfast buffet was staffed by friendly people and most of the food was good except the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was not good.
A very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, very hospitable, great breakfast buffet!
We weren't at the hotel much but when we were it was great! Wandered into the Military Museum and loved it. Great and knowledgeable host too. Everyone was extremely hospitable in the hotel, Topeka, and neighboring Manhattan. Look forward to possible future stays.
We went to the NYE event. This was the worst NYE party we have ever been to. The music was lousy and mostly blues. The food was served cold and the after party breakfast was no less than 1/2 hour late. We actually had more fun with the family in the room, than on the dance floor. We will NOT be going back!
