Some staff are friendly some not so much, rooms are clean but overly small. There is no room service avaliable. The beds and pillows are the worst, the hole family will need to be seeing a ciro once back home.
Nice hotel! Amazing staff....everyone so friendly and helpful! Great location for shops and restaurants. Bus easy way to get around. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

great experience. was sort of skeptical given all the negative reviews but we were treated wonderful by everyone at the hotel. even our parking fee was discounted. definitely recommend this place.
