Have stayed here numerous times, had no problems parking my scooter, in designated space was never charged. This time around, on the 3rd day of 4- they decided to slap me with a $29 fee for parking- far away from lobby area- where it could easily get stolen. The employees are rude and discourteous and not empowered to do anything, like a bunch of emotionless robots. Kimo at the front desk was super nice.. funny.. and helpful. I would stay again for him in a heartbeat. It was close to a lot of places..and our night views were amazing. This morning another front desk clerk mentioned a place he liked to eat and we went and it was fantastic. Great Staff and Service. would home back again no question!
Have been trying to navigate their website to review/manage my booking and am unable to contact them in any way. Guest reservations is also less than helpful
The hotel is in an easy to get too, well placed location. Has two (brand new) elevators, easy access rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, airconditioning, a small fridge, and microwave, and a roomy bathroom, a good size pool, great laundry facilities, an ice machine, gymnasium, morning coffee facilities in the foyer near the elevators and very friendly and helpful staff.
