Kimo at the front desk was super nice.. funny.. and helpful. I would stay again for him in a heartbeat. It was close to a lot of places..and our night views were amazing. This morning another front desk clerk mentioned a place he liked to eat and we went and it was fantastic. Great Staff and Service. would home back again no question!
Have been trying to navigate their website to review/manage my booking and am unable to contact them in any way. Guest reservations is also less than helpful
The hotel is in an easy to get too, well placed location. Has two (brand new) elevators, easy access rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, airconditioning, a small fridge, and microwave, and a roomy bathroom, a good size pool, great laundry facilities, an ice machine, gymnasium, morning coffee facilities in the foyer near the elevators and very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Nice staff. WiFi is not good. Rooms are average. Pool is nice 10 minute walk to beach. 15 min walk to Waikiki main area. Bus stop in front.
