The receptionist's attitude is terrible,not friendly :(
I felt like I was home. Everyone was awesome, helpful and met my every need!
It's nice and beautiful hotel with a nice staffs and the good thing is very closed to all amenities.
Fantastic hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner a little noisy. Located 5 minutes from the beach and within walking distance from Ala Moana shopping Centre and town. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend as a comfortable and affordable place to stay. Flight was cancelled so we had to stay an extra night in Waikiki at the Hilton Hawaiian Village which I can honestly say was not as good as the Ramada Plaza.
