Stayed for two nights and our room was extremely warm, we could not figure out why. No matter what we did it stayed warm, then we realized that on the thermostat it said "check filter", when we opened it up we were completely disgusted. It looked like it hadn't been changed in months, we had our infant daughter with us so I went down to the front desk and received an attitude from the woman. It was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly.
We stayed on the Ramada side and the room was clean and staff was friendly. Pillows were amazing! We were kinda concerned after seeing how low the rating was but very surprised and happy with our stay. We would come back and stay again in the future.
Exelente Servicio Quiero dar las Gracias a las recepcionistas del Día 9 de octubre en la noche. Por apartarme la abitacion ya que saque todo del cajero no iba a funcionar la elecktricidad me dieron la oportunidad de ir a un cajero de mi banco y regresar despues de manejar y desviarnos por la 95 fue agotador y con 2 niñas de 1na de meses y la otra 8 años fue una odisea pero en fin nos encontramos con tremendos Angeles y pudimos descansar para continuar con destito a SC.
