Hotel had horrible room service, it was just overall janky i would not recommend it to nobody at all needs to tear down and start over
I was complying with mandatory evacuation orders for Hurricane Irma in Miami when trying to book a hotel on the road using onetravel. I searched for "Fayetteville, Alabama" after finding there were zero vacancies anywhere near Atlanta or Georgia. The site auto-expanded my search to beyond Alabama since Fayetteville, Alabama didn't have vacancies but didn't show the state in the results page. Housekeeping was great. The staff catered to our needs , assisted us with the area.. extremely polite. Security made sure we were safe this weekend.. the hotel was extremely clean , and breakfast was great.
It was a nice get away.Not to far to drive to.And everything in walking distance. And a very nice wedding.
My experience with this hotel got off on the wrong side with me as I walked into my room the floor had not been swept or mopped and on the wall underneath the sink in the bathroom had all kind of rust on it every time I sat on the toilet I had to see that and that didn't sit right with me. So I called the front desk they had someone to come and clean the floor and check underneath the bathroom sink well she told me the wall had rust on it then she proceed to clean the floor with a spray bottle with blue liquid (maybe windex)... read more
I checked into room151 and it was horrible. The sheets had blood on the and the wall near the bed had blood splattered on it. The window drapes had brown spots that looked like crap. The bathroom sink had black kinky hair. It was a bad stay. I emailed the hotel with no response.
