Yes! Our son was having car trouble en route from GA to MD and unexpectedly needed to stay overnight. The staff assisted us with a late night reservation, payment authorization, and the necessary paperwork so we could send him there and get him checked in ASAP. Thank you for being so helpful in a stressful situation.

Boycott coming! They are prejudice
the ball room was nice and fancy but everything else was old and stained. the hotel staff was nice but when I got to my room it was nothing like was their web page was. the ceiling was stained with rust and it looked like it was built in the 70s. it definitely wasn't as nice as what their web page stated. I didn't even know they had breakfast. if I didn't live so far away from the event I wouldn't have stayed the night.
Great customer service clean and breakfast is amazing
I left my personal pillow in our room and didn't be realize it until we were quite a distance away. I immediately called the hotel and asked them to check lost and found if the room had already been cleaned out. I was assured by the desk staff that a no would be left for the supervisor of the housekeeping and she would return my phone call. Stop charging $50 for a deposit for incidentals. If you do charge it, let customer pay in cash instead of using a credit card when the room is prepaid!
