Overall good experience
When I called to tell the front desk that I’d be coming after midnight, they were short with me and then hung up. I finally got to the hotel and there was a HUGE line to check in. The lady at the front desk was so slow. She said she couldn’t find my reservation and said it had probably canceled. I told her I called twice about it and she said she found it. Good: nice people working here especially the front desk girls Bad: everything except the nice front desk girls. I got this room through hotwire as a 3.5 star hotel-\-\what a scam! It may have (MAYBE) been a 3.5 star in 1975-\-\doesn't make it to one star in my book! Old, stained, broken-\-\have many photos to share. Actually stayed at the Belmont Inn & Suites side. Room was very nice and spacious. Would definitely stay again!
