The carpets in the hallway and rooms were dirty. I went into the room and it smell bad. I had to turn on A.C. to get rid of the odor. The bed was uncomfortable. The refrigerator didn't work. The room was outdated cracks in the ceiling.
The staff are awesome and I would Recommended to anyone who is visiting chico California
This was one of the worst stays ever!!! 3 out of 5 nights No Maid Service!! This is NOT Acceptable for what they charge per night!!! And the Manager wasn't on duty this morning when checked out! I did email her this morning at 2am. Let's see if she responds!!!
Thanks to Mark for all of his helping this weekend!!
