The workers all smoke and sell meth in the empty rooms 😅 the owners are aware and are allowing this to go on. Our town deserves better. So if your looking to score or maybe that’s just your crowd I’d rather spend an extra 20$ to be safe and CLEAN😬

We had to call the cops ON the GENERAL MANAGER who not only refused to give my 100 CASH deposit back at 1st because she found paraphernalia in our room after digging in our trash, which there was NONE!! SHE ACCUSED US OF SMOKING METH it was our left over Thanksgiving meal foil!!!! I was hired as a housekeeper. I worked 1 day and didn't go back. the 2 that were "training me" did not speak English and after showing me how they cleaned 1 room they gave me a list to do alone. they wouldn't let me change nasty stained comforters or exchange and sanitize pillows. They still haven't paid me for the hours I worked and its been almost 2 months. every time I call they have an excuse I even requested it to be sent in the mail and they did not

RecommendedIt's funny, all the "bad reviews" I see are literally all from Pueblo residents. Here's an honest review. It's a nice place to stay. Friendly staff, awesome rates, & pool/hot tub is open. Yes, they are strict about hotel policy, but can we blame them? Local residents ruin one thing for everyone. I personally give it a 5 star. Sometimes you gotta look at the bright side & stop being so negative & give a business a chance to make the issue right.
lock was broken. room not cleaned. phone was ripped from the wall. wiring everywhere. no safety for guests . no refund even though i didnt stay at the hotel. left after 15 minutes.
I stayed here on April 21st and during the night,someone broke out several car windows and mine was one of them. last night they stole my 2018 GMC Denali. 11-10-20. Not sure why the charge $15 for parking.
