Room kinda smells like mildew and they claim to have room service and fail to mention that they only do it for dinner. We went to go to their free breakfast which ends at 9:30, got there about 9:25 and all the food was gone. Granted I understand we were cutting it close, when I asked the lady working she told me they are done at 9:30 and I pointed out we had 5 mind and she said “no it’s gone by 9:30.” Ok. Just not moved by my whole experience. It’s not a terrible hotel or staff, but probably won’t stay here again.
Superb customer service. Quiet rooms. Great pool as well as patio area. Rooms are always clean and well stocked. Never stayed anywhere better
My sister stayed there, no housekeeping for a couple of days BUT housekeeping WAS IN THE ROOM. They left their cleaning bottles. They also helped themselves to a $200.00 one of a kind necklace, the only one she had after losing EVERYTHING IN HER HOME FIRE �. Housekeeping also took the tip that was left for them on the dresser. SERIOUSLY � YOU TIP YOU GET RIPPED OFF and your room is not cleaned. Shame shame shame���

I would have given this place a 5 for Salsa night except for the fact that while the band was setting up and tuning their instruments and so on they had Extremely Loud garish music playing, and the combination of the tuning of the instruments of the band and the loud music just made it impossible to stay in the Lounge for us. We wound up going outside or in the lobby of the hotel just to get away from the noise. Awesome place to dance, and hear live music!!! They also have great DJS and Karaoke!!! Beautiful atmosphere!!!
