RecommendedHave stayed at the Ramada, Chico several times and it is always the same. Great people, especially the front desk and Leslie! Housekeeping are always helpful. Bottom line would not stay any where else in Chico. Thank you for always making me welcome.
The hotel is in middle of renovations. Apparently I must have been in the oldest room in the hotel. The room was beyond outdated. The curtains were so dirty they were gray rather than white. The window had no bug screen, wall paper was bubbling and peeling. The chair at the desk had some questionable stains and faucet in the bathroom sink must have been replaced at some piont because it looked however by going with the cheapest one they failed to take into account how far back it had to mounted, therefore you could only get ... read more

Bedbugs as of 5/26/19. Front desk did not seem surprised when I reported.
treat their employees better, no hostile work environment, no verbal abuse .
