We bought 2 vehicles back in January. A 2015 dodge ram and a 2012 Hyundai sonata. Truck is great. Car on the other hand. The warranty on the car was as is. I understand what as is means but after putting $300 into trying to fix it we had the mechanic shop put their code reader on it. We have to get a new transmission!!!! Also they showed us how many times a code was cleared before we bought the car. We're not mad bc the car messed up. We understand it was as is and stuff happens. Had a top notch sales experience with Brian LeBlanc. The one thing I dread is the wait time when purchasing a vehicle. This sales experience was smooth and painless. I had done my research on the vehicle beforehand and knew what I wanted to purchase. In all I was at the dealership less than 2 hours and on my way home in my brand new Dodge Journey. I brought my truck in for warranty work and ended up buying a Rubicon for my wife. We had a pleasant experience with the service and sales departments. Our salesman James Hitt was very knowledgeable of his products he sales and he made sure our phone was synced before we left. Finance is usually where we would walk away from a deal but we were never pressured into buying anything we did not want but he made sure we had everything we needed and still got our payment very close to what we wanted. Excellent service department! I've always used them for routine maintenance, and been very satisfied. But today, I actually had to bring my Jeep in for some repairs. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon with no appoinment and made plans to be without a car for the weekend. Imagine my surprise when I got a call two hours later informing me that the car was ready. The people there are super friendly and do great work. Not only will I continue to use them for service, but I will definitely buy my next car here as well.
Can’t say enough good things about how well the service department has taken care of my daughter for the past year with her first new car...that she also purchased from Ralph Sellers.
