Buyer beware. They will provide you with a questionable KBB to make it appear as if the vehicle you are buying is worth more. I emailed Max, the general manager on 9/5. Still no response. Don't expect to get one. We have had the vehicle for a few months. Had to put it in the shop once already. The service was horrible with that also. Too many other dealerships who have great customer service. Pick one of them.
Excellent people to work with, great selection, straight shooters. Guys at each level gave me opinions on what they thought I should do regarding financing, warranty, options, etc., no matter if it hurt their bottom line or not. It was nice not to be hard sold at every turn.
