Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
