I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
