They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
