It was my 1st time at a Rall's. Food was delicious, service was amazing. Only criticism i have is it looked like it could use a refurbishment. Nothing crazy though just a fresh coat of pant and some odds and ends taken care of. I would still recommend it. They stay open until 3am which is a huge plus if your a traveler like I was and need to find some food at 12:30am.
Wow. Got in drive thru and someone came over speaker but couldn't understand. As we are looking at menu, total silence. We sat there for three minutes with just silence. Since there was a car behind us, we moved up to go around again. As we went by the window, there was an employee just standing with their back against the window leaning. The frustrating thing is that the food here is actually good. The service, unfortunately, is consistently terrible. This time I made the mistake of thinking ordering ahead through the app would make things faster. I could not have been more wrong. I pulled into the right drive-thru lane and told them I had an online pickup. They informed me that online orders are only picked up from the left side.
