Drove 3.5 hours to buy a 2015 TLX because it was priced $3500 below NADA value. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the car, but it's an absolute beauty! The service was excellent and totally worth the trip. Brandon was my salesperson and he was very attentive. Niko sat in my new car with me and helped me pair my phone to it; showed me how to use the features. The only downfall was that I felt my trade in was worth a little more. Would definitely buy another vehicle from Rallye!
I dealt with service advisor Norman Ryder. He is honest, professional, helpful, trustworthy and personable. He actually made my service experience enjoyable. He treated me with respect and took the time to explain everything. He is extremely courteous and friendly. He took the time to introduce me to the service manager, Mike Denfeld who make a very favorable impression on me. Picked up the new re-styled 2017 MDX (had 2014 model). Wow! What a great difference!! BEST MDX yet! Julio was amazing to work with as usual. Keep up the great work Julio and the entire Rallye Staff!
After not being able to use his 2010 Acura TL for 4 months due to the Tekata airbag recall, Rallye charged my husband nearly $1000 for a new battery, oil & filter change and 2 tire replacements. I'm no auto expert but that sounds like general maintenance due to lack of use.
My experience with Julio Herrera of Rallye Acura was very pleasant and professional. Mr. Herrera gave me his close attention, and helped me understand everything I needed to in leasing our new car.
