Drove 3.5 hours to buy a 2015 TLX because it was priced $3500 below NADA value. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the car, but it's an absolute beauty! The service was excellent and totally worth the trip. Brandon was my salesperson and he was very attentive. Niko sat in my new car with me and helped me pair my phone to it; showed me how to use the features. The only downfall was that I felt my trade in was worth a little more. Would definitely buy another vehicle from Rallye!
I dealt with service advisor Norman Ryder. He is honest, professional, helpful, trustworthy and personable. He actually made my service experience enjoyable. He treated me with respect and took the time to explain everything. He is extremely courteous and friendly. He took the time to introduce me to the service manager, Mike Denfeld who make a very favorable impression on me.
