Purchased a 2015 TLX from this dealership for my daughter. When we went to take the car for a test drive the car wouldn’t start. We were assured the battery just needed a charge. Picked the car up on a Friday and the FIVE days later she was stuck with a dead battery. I have made several phone calls which have not been responded to. This dealership could not care less about customer satisfaction.
This was a very pleasant experience. The sales people are kind and professional and make you feel at ease. Don’t go to Acura Plaza in Brooklyn on Nostrand. Horrible experience. Sales Rep nasty screaming at you because you are asking clarifying questions. And after all of that Rallye Acura got our business. Don’t shop where people don’t treat you with kindness and respect.
