I went in for service and the service advisor Mathew Doyle was very rude giving me the run around a stripped oil pan bolt which thier technicians put in and was saying that we need a new oil pan. Please avoid bringing your car here for oil changes. They should have a more respectable service advisor to represent them. Did not help or want to hear anything we said and just told us to leave.
