Jerry was extremely helpful to us in finding a house that matched our needs and in helping us to negotiate a winning bid. We were working with him long distance ( we live in Ohio) and found him to be very willing to go do Videos of the houses of interest to us, get information or have our questions answered. He is responsive and was quick to get back to us whenever we left messages - voice/text/ emails etc. He has very good knowledge of the areas in and around Raleigh and have us excellent advice .

My husband and I moved from Washington state down here to North Carolina and Jerry Robtoy helped us find our house. Overall Jerry was great to work with and we were successful in getting our home. I was so lucky to have him as my realtor. He was knowledgeable and more importantly very dedicated to help us to find the house within a couple of weeks. After closing, I had a chance to meet with the seller. He told me that he had received so many offers, but Jerry's explanation of my family helped him to pick our offer over many many others. He is such an experienced professional and sincerely tried to help our family to find a house. I am so grateful about his professional service.

Jerry Robtoy was our agent (my wife and I) when buying a new construction home in 2021. We explained to Jerry the type of house we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we wanted! We ended up purchasing the first house he showed us (even though we viewed about 4).
