Richard gave us great advice when looking for a beach property. When we weren’t satisfied with the responsiveness of the agents at the beach, we asked Richard if he would help us. He went above and beyond. He made trips on his on to check on things when he didn’t have to. He worked with closing chaos (family emergency, lots of last minute hoops). He’s all about his clients. Honest, and a great advocate. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.
