I’ve been living here since April 2024, very easy application and move in process. The neighbor hood is the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in, relatively quiet, with real nice people and a few families. Great amenities such as a dog park and beautiful luscious grounds. Very very close to groceries, fun, bus, and close to my job as well. I can get everything I need (including library books) either by riding my scooter or on my own two feet. Maintenance men go above and beyond. One installed my portable air conditioner. Most other sites would have made me call a pro. Same on plumbing issues--fast and efficient. Thanks guys!
I have been looking for an apartment in Raleigh for about 2 months, but Jason made my decision easy! He was informative about the property and all of it's wonderful amenities, funny, and knew all the great local coffee shops nearby! HIGHLY recommend!
