Wonderful physician who took great, sensitive care of my family member and guided our family through very difficult questions and circumstances. We no doubt must have left him feeling exasperated at times but he always presented a knowledgeable and compassionate face to the many relatives who all wanted input in our loved ones care.
While almost everyone at Shady Grove was extremely helpful and kind, Dr. Makadia is possibly the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of meeting with. He came in overly confrontational, claiming I was only there to receive Valium, despite it being offered to me by the previous physician outside of any request I had made. I was weary of being under the influence of narcotics due to a dependency on prescription Xanax I had over six years prior.
