My only critique is his availability & his lack of his presence on his available days.
Staff was rude, did not listen to you, LPNs were not very educated robotic in interaction with you. Unwilling to allow you to use other facilities for testing. They are doctor own so that would mean less profits for them regardless of convenience and comfort for you the patient. Very hard to get appointments in a timely manner, follow up in over 8weeks when nothing was done during the first one.
Very vague when answering questions and did not answer some questions. Staff was down right rude and did not document the situation truthfully. Was not given a diagnosis yet two were charted.
Dr Taliwal explained all aspects of my procedure well and was very personable. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know needing a back doctor in the future.
Dr. Taliwal was very kind as he explained what the test results showed and what the next steps would be. Even though we got good news, there is still treatment needed and he explained it in a way that we could completely understand!
Dr Taliwal explained everything well and answered all my questions. He showed genuine concern for my well being. Dr and entire staff were warm and friendly.
Showed me ex rays of my back and explained what needed to be fixed. Left the decision up to us and did not push us into anything. Great man and surgeon.
Dr Taliwal took the time to explain in detail what is going on with my cervical causing weakness in my left arm. He gave me a plan that should continue my recovery without surgery.
Dr. Taliwal is a very kind man and listens to his patients concerns. He not only discussed my scans, but showed them to me as well. He is the only Dr. I would want to have spine surgery with.
