Dr Erhler did a quick exam to evaluate my leg strength. Reviewed X-rays and ordered MRI. He explained that the MRI will show what is causing the pain and what needs to be done next. Only complaint was the wait time…..about 45 minutes.
Doctor has terrible bedside manner and I felt like a number not a patient.
The Crystal Clinic advertises conditions they supposedly treat then lets you complete an online scheduling request. I made additional comments going into further detail about why I was seeking care. I have a strong family background of various conditions and have watched my family become significantly more disabled and debilitated. My mobility has significantly declined over the past 7 months or so. It is obvious no one reads those comments or screens the appointments. Dr. Laskovski and his whole team are amazing. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and personable. Dr. Laskovski takes the time to listen and understand your issues and is very thorough.
Dr Lewandowski is the best. He did my knee replacement 24 years ago.. it wasn’t a normal knee replacement.. I had an accident at 44 years old and it was shattered.. but it’s still holding up .. now my other knee is giving out so hopefully he doesn’t retire before I need to have another replacement done ..
Dr. Ehrler did better talking to me this time compared to my other visit 4 years ago. I did have my neck surgery despite you saying I had to lose weight first. I was in may 2025 and your staff dropped the ball and I've never received a call regarding the referral you put in for physical therapy and pain management. However billing contacts me. Your staff didn't listen when I said I have 2 insurances but with one card. Unfortunately I won't come back to your office
He was informative, caring, and complete all my questions were answered, and I did not feel “ rushed”
Outstanding care. Outstanding facility. Outstanding staff. Employees seem happy with their jobs. I feel cared about by everyone I’ve had interaction with.
