A brand that thinks first of all of its shareholders and not its customers, with incompetent resellers, who do not respond to customers or are unable to properly troubleshoot them !!!

I have a Raise 3D N2 Plus and with the new Aquaman movie coming out, I took on a fun project designing myself a 3D printed superhero costume covered in scales. It's a novel technique, starting a print, pausing it and clamping a wire mesh onto the build tray, restarting the print, and letting the top and bottom of the mesh fuse through the wire mesh creating a strip of scales. The Raise 3D N2 Plus did not let me down in printing all the patches I needed for my suit in addition to the full-scale Trident. Solid FDM printer choi... read more

Honestly, I’m surprised to see so many people that do not recommend the Raise3D products. I purchased an N2 Plus one year ago. I love this machine. Yes there are quirks and the price tag is a little high, but I spent some time dialing it in once and it has worked beautifully ever since. 3D printers are machines, and machines require work and maintenance to keep them up. I do agree that it falls short in some areas, but I still would not have purchased anything else. It’s a fantastic machine and any customer service I have ha... read more

N2 printers were promising on the paper and extremely good looking, but reality is different. 1. Extruder feeding mechanism it comes with by default has bad design and very hard to adjust to work with pretty much any filament, so only solution was to invest $200 and buy an improved version from Bondtech. 2. Cold end metal tube is very weak and can be broken easily, I had to change it a few times already, which is even more money. 3. The most advertised feature of the printer "resume print after power failure" is not actually... read more

I've had my Raise3D N2 for a little over two years now and it has run almost non-stop during that time. The build quality of the machine itself is incredible and more importantly, I am getting consistent beautiful. Like any FDM printer, there is a slight learning curve especially if you're new to 3d printing, like I was. I found that the Raise3D community forum was an excellent resource to help get me started. Overall, I've had nothing but a great experience both with my Raise3D printer and also the product support. I look f... read more

Bought a N2 Plus and my screen went out. I contacted my seller and the company I bought it from. Both told me that they have defective screens and then they want me to buy a $400 dollar screen to make it work again. These $4k are money pits with broken parts that are not suppose to break and then they make you pay for the part that was defective on there end. Its ridiculous.

Business response:

Hello Oddiey, We're sorry about your difficulties. Our vendors/resellers also honor our warranty policies and should be able to assist you with the parts and service within the policy timeframe. If you would like to send us a private message about your situation, such as purchase date, vendor company, and details from any exchanged support tickets, we'd be happy to reach out to the vendor and see if there's an additional issue that is preventing a resolution.
