En répondant aux mails et de trouver une solution aux problèmes qu'on leur demande
I just wanted to share this correspondance I had with Tech Support: Hi Nathan, We finally received the quote for the replacement screen. Upon carefully consideration we have decided to change direction and purchase a new printer. Unfortunately, Raised 3D was not rated very high on the possible vendor list. The low rating was assigned based on the lack of reliability of our N1 printer. Our machine is less than 2 years old with less than 50 prints, and failed from a known issue. It now requires what amounts to a $700 upgrade t... read more
Extremely fast service and shipping despite the COVID crisis. Machine is very robust and was able to run face-shields right out of the box. One of the best 3D printing experiences we've had so far. Highly recommend.
Since all this quarantine started Raise 3D and their employees have really stepped up to help in this time when the 3D printing community really needed help.So Nathan you earned a friend in the 3D printing community...
Needs better customer service and support for their defective machines.
Such a big company evil a small seller? you build that much good printer, but damaged my printer and returned?
As a company that uses 3D printing for many purposes, we had to choose the right model to meet our needs in terms of size, speed and quality. Since a year, our Raise3D N2 + is our printer of choice. Recently, we have designed for the music group "The Lightbringer" a personalized helmet printed in one piece with TPU. This is just one of many examples of the efficiency and performance associa... read more
sold me a printer broken from the start, issues started with in the warranty period, but the issues continued. Now the warrant is long over and the same issues persist. lemons should be replaced and not repaired buy the user at the users financial expense. there are plenty of great reviews out there but there is a common thread of people receiving printers that simply don't work and Raise3d's only response is to buy new parts. How out you ship free new parts and we only pay for the ones that fix the problem. I have a 3 year ... read more
I first met the team at maker fair years ago, I signed up for the early bird for the N2+. not long after getting my new printer I started having problems. prints were failing to the point that it even damaged the printer. they replaced the sensor switch at no cost, but ever since then I have had other issues with the printer. I dont get duplicate results on prints, I cant trust it to print with out being watched, and their response to all my issues, is to spend more money on replacement parts that may or may not fix the prob... read more
