There sales team is top notch. Always answering questions and very helpful. They even have packages that you can’t find online or on Amazon. They even have discounts on their filament. The machine is a workhorse. I had one issue with a new filament I was trying and they helped me get the settings right. Thanks team!

engineer the products better for the price charged, If there 's a known defect then the customers known to have a printer with that defect / bad design should not have to buy an upgrade it should just be sent to them .Talking about the exteuders and hot / cold ends and end stop switches.

We've been using out Raise N2 at 3D Brooklyn for over a year now, and it's a great machine. It's easy to see it is built to last and has really been thought through. Like any 3D printer you need to get to know it, and once you have settings figured out it's very consistent. The touchscreen and ability to tune during prints is great. And it looks awesome!

I own a Raise3D N2 this was a large purchase for me at the time but I have to say this is a fantastic 3D Printer. I only had a problem with the Touch screen and with the Help of there support it was replaced no charge under warranty. I have printed many, many things like an MP40, M200 Sniper rifle, Robo Cops Gun Blade Runners Blaster a full size Thompson to dishwasher rollers. This printer is a tank, two words "just Works". I do wish my version came with a Camera and filament runout sensor, but this can be purchased for a sm... read more

I am working already over a year with the Raise3D N2 Dual. But in the meantime i changed already a few settings. Changed the extruder to a Bondtech and the Ruby Nozzle and a MTS Printing Plate. With this setup it is really very nice to work with this printer!

I work at an architecture firm and we have the N2 Plus and have had a lot of problems with the printer. We have encountered numerous board switch errors, to countless printing errors. We have tried numerous fixes and even hired out help to get the printer to be consistent and to produce prints. For some reason our printer just does not want to cooperate with us and continues to struggle to even finish a print without have problems. We have even gone as far as to disable the right extruder. We have had a some successful print... read more

I manage the iMakerSpace at Tennessee Technological University. We currently utilize 5 Raise3D machines and we hope to expand soon! Our space runs many different projects, and all of them utilize a Raise3D printer. Our machines run almost constantly. We produce various parts for various academic purposes, and we could do none of it without Raise3D. Our Autonomous Robotics Club has utilized the printers to build Talus, who will function as our robotic tour guide. Our Space Club has taken Raise3D parts to NASA for competitions... read more

I bought in Sept 2018 a Pro2 to create tactile teaching models for our blind students. The construction of the machine is IMHO very solid. The print quality is excellent and I am satisfied with it. The support was very helpful with software problems and reacted quickly.

Got a Raise3D N2 on a kickstarter after seeing the prototype at the Maker Faire in NYC in late 2015. I have several other 3D printers and the Raise3D is the best by far.
