Food is much improved, but the service is abysmal.
Over priced, tourist trap... Not likely to go back.
First time here for me, food was good prices a little high. Our waiter, Derek, was very friendly and very proficient. Enjoyed it a lot!!!!
My daughter and her family chose to eat at this establishment, while enjoying their meal someone steals their stroller from the provided stroller parking area. To this they get the response, not our problem, so sorry, have a nice day. Very disappointed.
It was my first time going yr ago with a friend Shorty and my daughter it was ok but I had better places I went to.
We have eaten here many times and will not go back! Do NOT eat here! The food is mediocre at best. The service is absolutely horrific! Not the way I intended on spending my Son's Birthday lunch. We waited an hour for our food that consisted of two kids meals and 3 appetizers?! Turns out the waitress forgot to put in our order. The manager was less than helpful. Awful, awful experience! We will NEVER go back.
I love the rainforest cafe! Good grilled cheese sandwich and Safari fries are delicious
