Over priced, my wifes food was somewhat cold, my sons chicken nuggets were over cooked and hard. We waited for 12 minutes before anyone asked us what we liked to start off with for drinks, I can understand if the place was busy but it wasn't. waitress stated she had no idea we were sitting in here section. my chicken parm. tasted dry as well. Next time if we're to spend $72.00 it will be at Cravs.
This place sucks, I only go because my daughters like the decor, food sucks, staff suck, my daughter got burned by the sparkling volcano when some waitress walked by our table, terrible place, I would rather spend my money buying a taco out the back of a dirty van in a bad alley, then ever spend a dime there again...
I'm disappointed how extremely disrespectful and condescending their staff are.
We let's see we have been waiting for over 1 hour for our food . We where told that the cooks decided to make a large party's food first before ours very disappointed
terrible service all around...for starters 124.00 bill for 4 sandwhiches, 1 kids meal, 2 mixers, 1 beer and a soda is ridiculous. we waited 30 minutes for our drinks because the bartender disappeared, 20 minutes for ketchup, the waitress never once asked us how everything was or even smiled. we waited another half hour for our check. our burgers were very dry and small for the price.....one place I will never be back to.
