The staff was able to accomodate our party reservation. We were aware that because of the party size it might have to be seated on the patio, but they made sure it was inside with all the animals. There were 2 littles in the group and they, as well as everyone, fully enjoyed the expierence and food. Excellent place for family! Will definitely be going there again!
I had my niece with me who is 7. She has never been here and was so excited to see the restaurant. We were seated in some overflow seating outside the restaurant So we were right next to a noisy bar and people waiting and walking in the mall. I asked if we could be in the actual restaurant but no. Horrible experience for me and my niece. Wont be going back
Service was friendly the wait was bit long but we did come after a vikings game so understandable. The food was well prepared and taste good. I tried Thier drink swimming hole non acholic drink very good. Gotta admit service was better this time around.
Delicious food, our server was great! Pastalaya was great!
Service was great at least for me. My daughter loves it! Only thing I would say is that it is very expensive, especially for the specialty drinks or glasses. So make sure you have money to spend.
Love everything about this place! The environment is childlike, but appropriate for adults as well, especially the patio. Always happy service and delicious food.
Food was decent, but you're mostly paying for the animatronics. Slow service, bad lighting. Had to use our phone flashlights to read the bills.
The service was pretty good on Friday. However I don't appreciate getting sick three hours later from possible food poisoning. I am the only one who had a burger and I am the only one who got sick. So we wont be going back.
Our server was hands down the nicest guy. Got our food and drinks quickly and he was very friendly. Definitely coming back!
