The food was good and service was great! Our waitress was so nice and came back frequently. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was how loud the thunderstorms were every 20 minutes or so. My three year old was ok with it, but my 18 month old got scare each time. Super loud and flashing lights! Would be fun to go again, but not til the kids are both older.
Food was cold and meat was over cooked. Server was in the weeds so he never made it to our table to ask how our meal was. Had to flag him down to get our bill. Someone who looked to be a manager was wondering around but never seemed to actually do anything other than run food for the servers. Although the server was pleasant the service and food was awful.
Atmosphere was great. The food was mediocre, not fabulous. We ordered the strawberry lemonade and while it came in a sparkling glass, all I can say, was it was wet. I have had better. Entrees were ok, but nothing to make me want to go back. Service ok, it was very slow getting our food,.

I had the Bamba wrap and it was delicious. Our server was fantastic; he was friendly and helpful. The service was a tad slow, but he was waiting on several tables so we were patient.
Usually love it here. But had an awful experience today. Arrived around 5pm. Was seated and ordered by 5:15. Around 6, our server told us our food would be out any minute. At 6:30, we decided to talk to a manager. She checked and came back to tell us that our order was never put in, and would be another 12 minutes. We told he we didn't have time anymore. And she said "Oh, sorry." And walked away. Not impressed
Extremely slow service and food was poor quality.
First time experience. Absolutely dissatisfied. The host named KEE was very rude. We weren't greeted. We stood there in silence. She wasn't helpful. And had such a bad attitude. Waited in line for a while with no Host to take our ticket order to seat us. Finally seated and had no service! Ended up walking out and will never come back. There's a reason they are rated so low. Wouldn't recommend coming here!
Awesome ambiance...nice waiter...TERRIBLE food!!!!
