I was in for lunch yesterday. I ordered the chicken cha chas. About three hours later while still at the mall I began feeling ill and it has continued. It was the only thing I had eaten for the day. I’m sad about this because Rainforest is a place my family and I frequent often.

The wait was ridiculous! The wait staff was super rude and talked about customers while your standing by them as if we were annoying and they were worried about their tip. After 2 hr wait I contacted a manager and finally got a table. The floor had food and was disgusting we had to tell them to clean it. The food was cold and expensive!!!! I ended up sick after eating!!!!! Not worth!!!3 meals including 2 kids meals for $100!!

We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday tonight. The food was sub par, the service was super slow (it took us 2 hrs to get our food, eat and pay for our food.), and when they came to sing to our daughter, they gave her a little cupcake. We wanted her to have the volcano dessert; yes we know you have to pay for it. Our server never gave us any options for that and a few other things. When we complained to the manager, she didn’t seem to really care. Thanks, but no thanks....we won’t be back!

An impressive ice cream shaped scoop of skins on baby red mashed potatoes paired with lemonade from concerntrate in a sippy style cup. The animal shaped chicken nuggets brought me to the precipice of mount satisfaction. The animatronic Chuck E Cheese style animals were so life like I felt as though we were on safari.

First time there had a lot of fun my 3 year old couldn't believe it and was a little taken back by it at first. The lighting was a bit much for him. We really enjoyed r visit and food we will for sure be back. Better nuggets for the kids is all I would recommend
My wife's food came out hot and was really good she said my food on the other hand was cold and by the time I got new food my wife was done eating. Very unsatisfied and won't go back to this location. They tried to smooth things out by comping my meal but not going to work
