My girlfriend my 12 week old daughter and I ate here today. We got seated right away which was nice. When we sat down it took at least ten minutes for someone to come ask what we wanted to drink. She brought our drinks and then we waited snother 15 minutes for her to come back and asked what we wanted to eat. She was also the bar tender which is not an excuse. My wife and I went there for lunch at noon. It wasn't even busy during that time. Waitress was very slow. Took awhile receive drinks and getting the bill too. Waitress was behind the bar half the time and placed new orders, before giving us our bill. Food was good overall.
Has to be the worst $80 I've spent on food. Definitely wouldn't recommend eating here.
First time there Food was great but service 4 rain forest storms and out of 5 people 3 got their food after 3 storms and the other 2 after the 4 storm sent 1 meal back as by then we were stormed out As it was $98.00 with out the last meal thought we would have had better service.
This place was amazing! We were in love with the atmosphere and the waiter that we had was amazing. He told us what was best on the menu, and even told us about the stuff that would happen in the environment. The parmesan chicken was amazing as well. The only thing that was not great was the hostess, she did not seem to like her job.
Host was very rude! We walked in and asked for a table he says did you check in at the elephant and I said no and he says well there's a sign there. We went back and no sign, he's all my bad. 20 minutes later he gets to us asks if we have a reservation. I say no and he says its a 20 minute wait. The food was good and the atmosphere was fun for the grandkids but to expensive. Don't care if we ever go back
