Such a fun atmosphere, not only for kids but for adults too!
Got seated right away! Excellent food and excellent service. The Mai Tai was wonderful!
A poor kid got sick by where we were sitting. Someone came and mopped it up...poorly. Then left a stack of puke covered napkins in the corner for us to smell as we dined. No thanks. �
Was awful service, food was okay. But not worth it for such bad service.
Food was great, prices were kind of high. We placed a take out order and the actual wait time was 35 minutes. The server initially said about 10 minutes. The server did apologize for the long wait time. I liked the animatronic animals, it reminded me of the Log Chute ride.
It was packed at the Mall of America so we anticipated a wait time for our table. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating my son’s B-Day & the food was good. We had an amazing server who took really good care of us and meals & drinks came out on time, & more importantly my sons B-day volcano was perfect timing & delicious. We had a great experience. We were seated by a group the had 5 little girls and 2 adults l’m assuming the moms. They let the girls jump all over the place now I know that has nothing to do with the quality of the restaurant that’s all on the parents. The food was so so. When my husband asked the server if something was spicy she couldn’t tell him stated she didn’t eat seafood so has never tried the dish.
